Roadworks and Traffic Restrictions

  • A52 essential maintenance and improvement works (UPDATED)

    A52 essential maintenance and improvement works between Henson Lane, Nottinghamshire and Barrowby, Lincolnshire.

    To minimise disruption the works are split into two phases. Phase one is for essential maintenance activities and takes place between Saxondale Roundabout and the A1/ A52 junction at Barrowby and will require overnight road closures from the 2nd until the 27th of July. Phase two works consists of safety improvements to the Bingham interchange junction and will involve overnight road closures from the 30th of July until the 18th of August.

  • A52 Nottingham junctions scheme update

    Highways England is holding a residents meeting at Gamston Village Hall on Tuesday 19 June from 6pm to 7pm to discuss planned improvements to the A52 Stragglethorpe junction. For full details, visit the scheme web page.

  • Roadworks Bulletin, Grantham Road, overnight, 11th through 13th of June

    There will be temporary two way traffic signals on Grantham Road (outside numbers 101-131) between 22:00 and 06:00 hours from the 11th of June until the 13th of June.

  • Advanced Roadworks Bulletin – Chapel Lane/Old A46 (Amended)

    From Thursday the 26th of July through Tuesday the 4th of September 2018, there will be a Temporary Prohibition of Driving on Chapel Lane from its junction with Margidvnvm Roundabout to its junction with Moorbridge Road. Please see the attached document for further details.

  • Advanced Roadworks Bulletin – Fosse Way/Old A46

    From Monday the 28th of May until Friday the 20th of July 2018, Temporary 2 Way Traffic Signals will be in place on Fosse Way (the old A46). Please see the attached document for more details.

    There will be a temporary road closure around Kirk Hill/Chapel Lane between 22:30 on the 20th of April and 05:05 on the 21st of April. Please see the attached notice for more information.

    Church Close will be closed between 09.00 hours and 18.00 hours on Monday the 5th of March 2018. Please see the attached document for more details.

  • Advanced Roadworks Bulletin – Fosse Way (old A46)

    Fosse Way (the old A46) will be closed from 22.00 hours on Wednesday 18th April 2018 until 06.00 hours on Thursday 19th April 2018 due to bridge examination works.
