Roadworks and Traffic Restrictions

  • Temporary traffic signals in place on Chapel Lane, 23rd September until 25th October

    Two-way traffic signals will be in place on Chapel Lane (between Carnarvon Place and Lidl) from the 23rd of September through to the 25th of October, between 7:30am and 5:00pm. Please see the attached document for further information.

  • Roadworks on Chapel Lane, 9th-11th September

    Between 9:00am and 3:30pm on the 9th-11th of September, roadworks will be taking place on Chapel Lane. Stop and Go will be in place if required. Please see the attached document for further information.

  • Road resurfacing in Bingham in September and October (updated with dates)

    Update 16/09/2019 with dates

    Between the 2nd of September and the 31st of October, road resurfacing will be taking place across Nottinghamshire, requiring roads to be temporarily closed or subject to waiting/loading/unloading restrictions. Affected roads in Bingham will be:

    • Thoresby Road – Tuesday, 17th of September
    • Chestnut Avenue – Saturday, 28th of September
    • Sherwood Grove – Monday, 16th of September
    • Charnwood Grove – Tuesday, 17th of September
    • Ashdown Grove – Tuesday, 17th of September
    • Welbeck Grove – Tuesday, 17th of September
    • Stainmore Grove – Tuesday, 17th of September
    • Cropton Grove – Tuesday, 17th of September

    Between Monday the 12th and Friday the 16th of August, two-way traffic signals will be in place on Chapel Lane, approximately 500m North of Moorbridge Road. Please see the attached document for further information.

    Between 7:00am and 10:00am on Sunday the 4th of August, two-way traffic signals will be in place on Chapel Lane, approximately 50m North of the railway crossing. Please see the attached document for further information.

  • Overnight road closures, Kirk Hill/Chapel Lane, 5th-7th August

    50m either side of the junction of Chapel Hill with Kirk Lane will be closed between 9:50pm and 6:05am between the 5th and 7th of August. Please see the attach document and diversion route for further information.
