Works on Grantham Road, The Banks, Fisher Lane, Tithby Road, Nottingham Road, Thoresby Road & Meadowsweet Hill
Grantham Road, The Banks, Fisher Lane, Tithby Road, Nottingham Road, Thoresby Road and Meadowsweet Hill are subject to road improvement works on a rolling programme between Tuesday the 3rd of January 2023 and Friday the 10th of March 2023. Temporary traffic lights will be in place for the duration of the work on each road, as required. Please see the attached document for further information.

Temporary traffic signals will be in operation on Church Street (between Market Place and Cherry Street) from Monday the 12th of December until Friday the 16th of December. Please see the attached document for further information.

Road closures during Bingham Christmas Fair, 25 November 1pm-9pm
There will be road closures and No Waiting Restrictions from 1pm until 9pm on Friday the 25th of November, for the Bingham Christmas Fair, affecting the following roads:
- Market Place – for its entire length
- Market Street – between its junctions with Union Street and Newgate Street (including the Co-op car park)
- Station Street – for its entire length
There will be a parking restriction in place along Long Acre to assist buses – this will be between Cherry Street and Walkers Close.

Overnight road closure at level crossing, 10-11 December

Market Street/Market Place/Church Street road closures for the Bingham Classic Car and Bike Show
The following sections of road will be closed for the Bingham Classic Car and Bike Show on Sunday 21st August 2022, between 9:00am and 4:30pm:
- Market Place – between its junctions with Market Street and Church Street
- Market Street – between its junctions with Newgate Street and Union Street
- Church Street – between its junctions with Market Street and Market Place
The existing one-way street Traffic Regulation Order in the following length of road will be temporarily suspended, meaning that traffic may flow in both directions for the purpose of accessing Station Street.
