The newly elected Mayor looks forward to welcoming and discussing all things Bingham related with fellow residents.

Barratt David Wilson Homes North Midlands invites you to a Public Consultation Event where landscape and habitat creation proposals for Parsons Hill (outlined in red [in the attached PDF]) will be on display. Members of the Development Team will be on hand at the event to listen to your views and answer any questions that you might have on the proposals.

If you are unable to attend a copy of the presentation boards will be available to view on the Bingham Town Council’s website following the event. Comments on the proposals can be submitted either in writing at the event or by emailing . All comments received will be reviewed and considered by the Development Team prior to the submission of a formal application to Rushcliffe Borough Council. The deadline for comments to be made by is 5pm on Thursday 19th May 2022.
The Last Post & 2 Minute Silence ceremony will take place on Bingham Market Square commencing at 10.55am – participants are asked to assemble before 10.45. Please remember it is Market Day and parking and space will be limited.

The Remembrance Sunday ceremony will take place on Bingham Market Square commencing at 10.50am – participants are asked to assemble behind the Buttercross before 10.40am where they will be directed to a space. Participants in the ceremony will be The Royal British Legion, The Clergy, Councilllors, Bingham Fire Service & Bingham Youth Organisations. All spectators are asked to remain outside the marked out area. Please be aware that, although we originally hoped to close the town centre to traffic, this is not now the case. Take care.
