
The Town Council have agreed to lease the land surrounding Cogley Lane play area to protect the open space. A consultation event will be held at the Old Court House, on Wednesday 25 September 2024 between 1pm and 6pm.
Please pop in to learn more about the site objectives and to give your views about the future plans to increase Biodiversity and promote the heritage of the site.
Bingham Town Councillors, representatives of the Bingham Heritage Trails Association and the Friends of Bingham Linear Park will be on hand to listen to your views.

Feedback forms can be received prior to the consultation event and the deadline for receipt is 5pm, Sunday 29 September 2024.

You are very welcome to join the Town Mayor, Councillor Gareth Williams, Bingham Town Councillors, Deputy Lieutenant of Nottingham, Judith Swann, and members of the Royal British Legion (Bingham Branch) for a short event outside the Old Court House, Church Street, Bingham, to fly the Red Ensign and mark Merchant Navy Day, in recognition of the contribution that our merchant ships and crews have given our country in two world wars and the years following.
