  • Christmas Toy Appeal 2021

    Rushcliffe Children’s Centres:

We have delivered Christmas presents to families in need, living in the Rushcliffe district for many years. Following the success of doing our own toy appeal last year we have decided to run the campaign again.

There are a number of ways you may be able to assist us:

    1. Donate a new toy (unwrapped) at your local Children’s Centre in Rushcliffe
    2. If you are a School / Setting / Community Venue etc, you could be a collection point for your local area and collect toys on our behalf
    3. Any other ideas or suggestions on how you could support us are welcome
    4. Would you like to nominate a family living within Rushcliffe to receive a donation

  • NottAlone – Local mental health advice and help for young people

NottAlone is a new website sharing local mental health advice and help for young people in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, all in one place.

If you are a young person, a parent or carer or a professional who supports young people’s mental health, NottAlone can provide you with information, advice and where to go to get help locally; in person, online or by phone.

Visitors to the NottAlone website can search the site according to the specific mental health issue they need help with and there are different versions of the information for young people, parents and carers and professionals, including school/college staff.

Funded by the Department for Education Wellbeing for Education Return Project, NottAlone was developed by young people, parents, carers and professionals from Nottinghamshire County and Nottingham City councils and NHS trusts, as well as local charities and organisations.
